Through case management, we link clients with a full range of services
available in the community.

   By providing this service, we work to ensure that clients have safe,
affordable, permanent homes in a normalized community setting.

   Assistance is available to aid with rent, mortgage, and utilities 
payments.

A NOTE ABOUT ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the above services, individuals
living with HIV/AIDS must be low income and/or
eligible for Medicaid.

   We are dedicated to assisting families with children prior to and after
the death of an HIV positive parent.

   Along with other agencies, we provide camping and recreational 
activities to children infected or affected by HIV/AIDS disease.
